Trim the wick to approximately 5 mm before each use.
During the first burn, allow the entire surface of the wax to melt to help prevent tunnelling.

Because each piece is handmade, slight variations such as tiny air bubbles, light frosting or small surface imperfections may occasionally appear. Changes in temperature may also cause the wax to contract slightly or develop a natural bloom. These characteristics are completely normal and simply reflect the authenticity of natural vegetable soy wax rather than paraffin.
