Returns

Non-personalised products may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unused, unopened, and returned in their original packaging.

Personalised Candles & Custom Orders

Due to the custom nature of personalised candles and bespoke creations, personalised products cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a damaged item.
